#2C: The balcony is furnished with table and chairs, and overlooks the lovely bay of Pollensa (accommodates 2 to 3 people). The beach is steps away from the apartment.

#2D, just next door, is slightly larger and accommodates up to five people. Accommodation consists of one twin room with two beds, double sofa bed in the lounge, single sofa bed in the lounge (accommodates 2 to 5 people).

This is a very nice apartment for two or three people.

It features a good sized furnished balcony with stunning sea views - with its excellent position on the sea front - and is mere steps away from the beach, the sea front amenities and the Sail and Surf centre. The distance to the town centre is approximately 300 meters - an easy 5 minute walk - and there is a supermarket nearby.

This apartment is on a second floor, and has easy parking on the street - although a car is not necessary.

The inside area is about 60 square meters, plus the balcony which is about 8 square meters. It has electric heating in the winter, and fans and/or air conditioning for the summer.

Available to rent all year round.

The diner is open plan and is next to the compact kitchen. The kitchen includes microwave oven, refrigerator, electric hobs, coffee maker, sink. Cutlery, crockery etc. dining area in 2C

The twin room in 2C has twin beds, windows with sea views, and a built-in wardrobe. The apartment has electric radiators for the winter months and/or air conditioning for summer.

I am sorry that my wife and I did not get a chance to see you when we were in Pt Pollensa. The week went so fast, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, we were very pleased with the apartment, the location was excellent, close to all the amenities, markets, shops, and buses.
