#2C: The balcony is furnished with table and chairs, and overlooks the lovely bay of Pollensa (accommodates 2 to 3 people). The beach is steps away from the apartment.

#2D, just next door, is slightly larger and accommodates up to five people. Accommodation consists of one twin room with two beds, double sofa bed in the lounge, single sofa bed in the lounge (accommodates 2 to 5 people).

This is a very nice apartment for two or three people.

It features a good sized furnished balcony with stunning sea views - with its excellent position on the sea front - and is mere steps away from the beach, the sea front amenities and the Sail and Surf centre. The distance to the town centre is approximately 300 meters - an easy 5 minute walk - and there is a supermarket nearby.

This apartment is on a second floor, and has easy parking on the street - although a car is not necessary.

The inside area is about 60 square meters, plus the balcony which is about 8 square meters. It has electric heating in the winter, and fans and/or air conditioning for the summer.

Available to rent all year round.

The diner is open plan and is next to the compact kitchen. The kitchen includes microwave oven, refrigerator, electric hobs, coffee maker, sink. Cutlery, crockery etc. dining area in 2C

The apartment is on the first floor, and has a large terrace with panoramic views over the bay of Pollensa. As you enter the apartment you have the living area on your left, facing the sea are the lounge, diner, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace. To the right of the entrance you have 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms.


















The terrace is nicely furnished with teak table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. The lounge and the terrace both have fabulous views over the bay.

The Margalida First Floor Apartment is a very comfortable apartment with two spacious terraces, kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. Its main asset is its location, very near the beach and within a short walk to all of the local amenities, restaurants, shops, the harbour, square etc A car is not stricly necessary. However, parking on the street is free. The master bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined or used as singles. Has built-in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. The second room, spacious and comfortable, has built-in wardrobes and a double window which opens onto the front terrace. The third room has a double bed, wardrobes and a window to the back terrace. The living room has a sofa and armchairs, it features satelite television, DVD player, woodburning stove, and opens to the front terrace which is furnished for al fresco eating, and gets plenty of sun all day. The dining table seats up to 8 people around it making it easy to entertain. The kitchen is has been recently refurbished and is fully equipped with hobs, electric oven, refrigerator etc. It opens to the back terrace which is ideal for breakfast. The back terrace has a small view of the sea over the rooftops. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and clothes line. Pollensa Old town is 7 km away and there is a regular bus service to Pollensa, Alcudia, Inca, Palma and La Puebla. For those who enjoy sitting around a pool, there is a Hotel pool nearby that can be enjoyed by our guests.

The apartment is located 80 metres away from the sea front promenade known as pine wwalk. It is within easy walking distance to all local amenities. Parking is free on the street. A car is handy but not essential A local market takes place around the main square every Wednesday morning. The Market in Pollensa Town is on Sunday mornings The Puerto Pollensa summer fiestas take place on the second week in July, ending with a fabulous firework display on the beach. Winter fiestas include the November fair (2nd sunday in November), christmas holidays, Saint Anthony on January 16th.

This Mediterranean property is a 4 bedroom townhouse built on two levels. The house is approached through a walled garden, leading to a covered terrace. Entering by the hall we have, to the left a large master bedroom with laminate floors, twin beds and en-suite shower room, and to the right a large living room leading to a galley type kitchen, that opens on to the furnished terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The house has a private lawned garden of approximately 10x15 metres.

On the first floor level there is one master room with twin beds, another room with two single beds, a bathroom, and a small single room.

There are two single sofa beds in the lounge. Also in the lounge there is satellite TV, DVD player, fireplace, coffee table and comfortable armchairs.
