The Margalida First Floor Apartment is a very comfortable apartment with two spacious terraces, kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. Its main asset is its location, very near the beach and within a short walk to all of the local amenities, restaurants, shops, the harbour, square etc A car is not stricly necessary. However, parking on the street is free. The master bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined or used as singles. Has built-in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. The second room, spacious and comfortable, has built-in wardrobes and a double window which opens onto the front terrace. The third room has a double bed, wardrobes and a window to the back terrace. The living room has a sofa and armchairs, it features satelite television, DVD player, woodburning stove, and opens to the front terrace which is furnished for al fresco eating, and gets plenty of sun all day. The dining table seats up to 8 people around it making it easy to entertain. The kitchen is has been recently refurbished and is fully equipped with hobs, electric oven, refrigerator etc. It opens to the back terrace which is ideal for breakfast. The back terrace has a small view of the sea over the rooftops. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and clothes line. Pollensa Old town is 7 km away and there is a regular bus service to Pollensa, Alcudia, Inca, Palma and La Puebla. For those who enjoy sitting around a pool, there is a Hotel pool nearby that can be enjoyed by our guests.

The apartment is located 80 metres away from the sea front promenade known as pine wwalk. It is within easy walking distance to all local amenities. Parking is free on the street. A car is handy but not essential A local market takes place around the main square every Wednesday morning. The Market in Pollensa Town is on Sunday mornings The Puerto Pollensa summer fiestas take place on the second week in July, ending with a fabulous firework display on the beach. Winter fiestas include the November fair (2nd sunday in November), christmas holidays, Saint Anthony on January 16th.
