Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings
Once a provisional booking has been agreed a booking form is sent by email. This form must be completed by the designated party leader (hereafter known as 'the Customer'), who must be at least 18 years of age. The completed form must be returned to us (hereafter known as 'the Owner') by email or post, by a date that will be specified at the time of the provisional booking. All future correspondence will be with the Customer.
Confirmation of your holiday will be sent in writing either by post or email on receipt of completed booking form and payments as described in 2. Payments. The issue of this confirmation constitutes a contract between the Owner and the Customer, which is governed by Spanish Law.
2. Payments
If the booking is made within 6 weeks of departure, full payment is required with the completed booking form. In all other cases a deposit of 35% of the total holiday price is required at the time of booking, and the balance of 65% is due not less than eight weeks prior to departure. In the event of full payment not being made by the due time the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking. Any deposits will be forfeited and the Customer will be required to pay cancellation charges in accordance with "5. Cancellations made by the Customer" below.
Security deposit:
No security deposit is required. However if the customer accidentally does damage to the property, he will be expected to cover the cost of repair.
Loss/non return of keys:
If the customer accidentally loses the keys provided, he/she will be expected to pay EURO 50 to cover the cost of new spares.
3. Accommodation
Access to the property is available from 15:00 on the first day of rental, and must be vacated by 10:00 on the agreed departure date. This allows cleaning and preparation for the next guests to take place. The property is reserved exclusively for those people named on the booking form, and no other persons are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed in writing with the Owner prior to the rental period.
Under no circumstances will any animals be allowed in the home/s.
An optional welcome pack can be provided if requested by the customer, and this will be charged as follows Standard breakfast pack:
...Eggs, tea, water, milk butter etc - EURO 25
...Luxury Pack: Wine and other beverages as well as groceries - EURO 50
...Any specific items required must be requested by email - at cost

The customer must leave the property in a reasonable state of tidiness. Any groceries and toiletries left in the property will be passed onto the cleaning staff. Any toys or books left behind will be taken to the local charities (located on Mendez Nuñez street, and Vicente Buades street)
Note: The garbage containers on most streets are emptied daily, the customer must take out the garbage regularly to the containers to maintain cleanliness and avoid bad smells and/or infestations.
4. Changes made by the customer
The Owner will endeavour to facilitate any date changes requested after the booking has been confirmed. Changes will incur a fee of £50 in addition to any extra payments that become due. The alteration will be effective as soon as the Owner sends written confirmation to the Customer of the change. Any change must involve taking the revised rental period in the same season as that originally booked. No change can be made within eight weeks of departure.
5. Cancellations made by the customer
Cancellations must be made by registered post and signed by the Customer. Cancellations will become effective from the delivery date of the cancellation letter. All cancellations are subject to a charge payable by the Customer as detailed below.
Cancellation received:
...more than 45 days - Customer charged deposit only
...less than 45 days - Customer charged 100% of rental
6. Changes/cancellations made by the Owner
If circumstances beyond the Owner's control should make the rental home unavailable, then the customer will be advised as soon as possible. Alternative accommodation of at least comparable standard will be offered if available, or a refund of monies paid unless the change/cancellation arises from reasons of '10. Force Majeure' below.
7. Complaints
If there are any problems with the rental home, the customer must inform our representative immediately. If the matter is not resolved, the customer must follow up the complaint in writing to the Owner within 14 days of the end of the rental period. If the problem has not been reported as detailed in this clause, then the Owner cannot accept responsibility for any claims or complaints.
8. Travel Insurance
It is considered essential for the Customer to hold suitable Holiday and Travel insurance. It is advisable for this insurance to be in place at the time the rental period booking is made.
9. Liabilities
The Owner and/or the property management company do not accept any responsibility or liability for acts of omission of third parties, which may prevent or disrupt a client's booking. The booking contract exists between the owner and the client and is limited to the rental of the property and associated services only. The information and descriptions supplied here are believed to be accurate and offered in good faith. Certain features or facilities may not be available from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control for which the Owner and/or the property management company accepts no liability. In addition no liability can be accepted by the Owner and/or the property management company for any injury, loss or damage to the Customer, any member of the Customers Party or any visitor to the rental home arising out of or in connection with the use of the rental home. The Customer must ensure that all Children are supervised at all times.
10. Force Majeure
No liability can be accepted by the Owner where the contract is affected by 'force majeure'. In the context of these terms and conditions, 'force majeure' is any event that the Owner or the property management company could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. These events include but are not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of God, terrorist activity, nuclear disaster, adverse weather, government action, technical problems with transportation, or other events outside the Owners' or the property management company's control.

#2C: The balcony is furnished with table and chairs, and overlooks the lovely bay of Pollensa (accommodates 2 to 3 people). The beach is steps away from the apartment.

#2D, just next door, is slightly larger and accommodates up to five people. Accommodation consists of one twin room with two beds, double sofa bed in the lounge, single sofa bed in the lounge (accommodates 2 to 5 people).

This is a very nice apartment for two or three people.

It features a good sized furnished balcony with stunning sea views - with its excellent position on the sea front - and is mere steps away from the beach, the sea front amenities and the Sail and Surf centre. The distance to the town centre is approximately 300 meters - an easy 5 minute walk - and there is a supermarket nearby.

This apartment is on a second floor, and has easy parking on the street - although a car is not necessary.

The inside area is about 60 square meters, plus the balcony which is about 8 square meters. It has electric heating in the winter, and fans and/or air conditioning for the summer.

Available to rent all year round.

The diner is open plan and is next to the compact kitchen. The kitchen includes microwave oven, refrigerator, electric hobs, coffee maker, sink. Cutlery, crockery etc. dining area in 2C

The apartment is on the first floor, and has a large terrace with panoramic views over the bay of Pollensa. As you enter the apartment you have the living area on your left, facing the sea are the lounge, diner, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace. The terrace is nicely furnished with teak table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. The lounge and the terrace both have fabulous views over the bay.

The Margalida First Floor Apartment is a very comfortable apartment with two spacious terraces, kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.
Its main asset is its location, very near the beach and within a short walk to all of the local amenities, restaurants, shops, the harbour, square etc
A car is not stricly necessary. However, parking on the street is free.

The master bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined or used as singles. Has built-in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room.

The second room, spacious and comfortable, has built-in wardrobes and a double window which opens onto the front terrace.

The third room has a double bed, wardrobes and a window to the back terrace.

The living room has a sofa and armchairs, it features satelite television, DVD player, woodburning stove, and opens to the front terrace which is furnished for al fresco eating, and gets plenty of sun all day.

The dining table seats up to 8 people around it making it easy to entertain.

The kitchen is has been recently refurbished and is fully equipped with hobs, electric oven, refrigerator etc. It opens to the back terrace which is ideal for breakfast. The back terrace has a small view of the sea over the rooftops.

There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and clothes line.

Pollensa Old town is 7 km away and there is a regular bus service to Pollensa, Alcudia, Inca, Palma and La Puebla.

For those who enjoy sitting around a pool, there is a Hotel pool nearby that can be enjoyed by our guests.

Villa Jacaranda is a charming 3 bedroom villa in the beautiful residential of El Vila, Puerto Pollensa.

Away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to all the amenities, it is located 2,7 kilometres away from the centre of Puerto Pollensa, and 4 km away from Pollensa town.

The pool is kidney shaped, approximately 4x3 metres in size and has sun beds to sit around it.

Living room and dining table for up to 10 people

The villa has a total of three bedrooms, each bedroom has two twin beds.
There are two twin rooms, one bathroom and one toilet room in the main house. Next to the main entrance there is a third twin room with separate entrance and en suite bathroom.
The lounge is spacious and features satellite television with English channels including 5 BBC and 5 ITV channels, plus UK radio channels.
there is also a large dining area with a large table that will seat up to 10 people around it.

All of the bedrooms have twin beds. There are two put up beds in the house.

The villa will accommodate up to 8 people.

Furnished terrace with beautiful views

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes gas hobs, electric oven, refrigerator etc.
There is also a separate washing room with washing machine.

NOTE: this villa is not suited for elderly people.
CLEANING is once per week. The property provides clean linens and towels. These are changed once per week when the duration is 2 weeks or more.

Casa Ambrose ist fuer uns, wie so oft in den Jahren zuvor, ein Platz der Ruhe und Erholung. Wie immer ist die Zeit hier zu kurz. Gut erholt kehren wir in den kuehlen Norden zurueck.

This Mediterranean property is a 4 bedroom townhouse built on two levels. The house is approached through a walled garden, leading to a covered terrace. Entering by the hall we have, to the left a large master bedroom with laminate floors, twin beds and en-suite shower room, and to the right a large living room leading to a galley type kitchen, that opens on to the furnished terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The house has a private lawned garden of approximately 10x15 metres.

On the first floor level there is one master room with twin beds, another room with two single beds, a bathroom, and a small single room.

There are two single sofa beds in the lounge. Also in the lounge there is satellite TV, DVD player, fireplace, coffee table and comfortable armchairs.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven, hobs, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc.
